- Triple Filtered H2O – a purer water without harmful chemicals
- Pre-ferments (dough that ferments for 24 hours or more) to improve the cell structure, flavor, delicious aroma and moist crumb and exterior structure.
- Unbleached and unbromated flour.
- NO Trans Fats – in keeping with heart-healthy, dietary recommendations.
